Take the dark humor and bizarre characters in “Six Feet Under”, the inescapable charisma of all the “Desperate Housewives”, and the somehow-seen-before-but-turning-out-so-unexpected atmosphere in both. Add Mary-Louise Parker and a cute & catchy theme song. Ah, and some drugs. And there you have it. Pure Weeds :).
A little bit of silly laughter, a little bit of panicky, "Women-on-the-verge-of-a-nervous-breakdown" type of drama, but mostly intelligent dialogue and absolute fun.
